Inside to largest suite, which one do you book?

It all depends. I've had an inside, won't do that again. Sometimes I book a standard balcony cabin, sometimes a mini-suite (or "superior verandah" cabin, the title of which depends on the cruiseline) or just an oceanview cabin. Since I cruise solo in a cabin and pay up to 200%, it depends on the cruise, itinerary and price.

I've never stayed higher than a JS. That will change on my next cruise!

Inside...keep it cheap, then I can usually take more than one cruise a year or one big long one...and anyway, its only for sleeping in :)

We book both inside and outside in the center of the ship. It all depends on what's available when we book. For our Noordam cruise we booked an outside with a partially obstructed view. That gives us more $$ to spend on drinks, casino, etc.

Weve been booking the PH AFT suite on NCL lately as we have been getin a minisuite comped through CAS and it was relatively inexpensive to upgrade. We used to book balcony except for our first cruise which was ocean view. Our 2nd cruise on RCCL we got to the ship and were surprised to find we were upgraded to a balcony! After that we HAD to have one!

Inside or a balcony. I am always looking for a good deal and usually travel with a friend who feels the same. I've seen the Grand Suites and Owner's Suites (a friend stayed in one on the Breeze) and I just wouldn't spend the extra money for it.

We book early saver and get a good deal on a Balconoy, deck 6 aft is good or mid ships I get a good deal and got upgraded to a extended balcony for Sept. 1st Carnival Magic out of Galveston, I also book my hotel rooms from the hotel in galveston and get to know the manager and giving him a good tip, me and dw have been staying at the same hotel every year for 11 years now and we eat at the same restaurants as well in Galveston,Texas. I got burned from a travel agent on my first cruise no hotel room was booked and I couldnt call them on a weekend, not all travel agents are bad but I wont do it again it's better this way because I can control everything!;)

I always book an inside guarantee. Many times I have been upgraded. I do not go on a cruise to sit in my room. I would rather be out on the decks meeting people then sitting in my room or out on the decks watching the scenery go by.
