Windstar Cruises announced a ‘Winter Group Blitz’ with extra incentives for travel agents to book groups by Aug. 31.

The promotion targets the December through April winter season in the Caribbean and Costa Rica, with only a few sailings excluded.

For groups booked Caribbean and Costa Rica cruises this winter, agents will receive a $1,000 bonus commission for groups of 20 or more and a $500 bonus for groups numbering between 10 and 19. Windstar will also give one free tour conductor berth for every eight booked, instead of the usual one for 10.

Each client traveling with a group will receive a $50 shipboard credit.
