Discovery World Cruises is promoting free roundtrip economy-class air from the company’s 26 U.S. gateways on four select 2007 winter cruisetours.

‘Antarctica and the South Pacific,’ departing Feb. 13, is a 34-night program that includes two hotel nights in Buenos Aires before passengers join the ship in Ushuaia. Besides Antarctica, the route takes in the Chilean Fjords, Patagonia and several South Pacific islands. Rates are from $7,450 per person, including free air.

The ‘In the Wake of the Bounty’ itinerary will have two departures, Feb. 27 and March 18, both with a two-night hotel stay in Santiago. Following in the path of captains Cook and Bligh of the Bounty, the ship will call at Robinson Crusoe Island and Bora Bora and overnight at Easter Island. Descendants of the Bounty mutineers will come on board at Pitcairn Island. Rates are from $3,650 per person, including free air.

‘Polynesia, Peru and Galápagos,’ on March 18, combines South Seas isles with South American cities, two nights on board in the Galápagos and a two-night hotel stay in Quito. Rates for the 29-night cruisetour are from $5,995 per person with free air.
