Does anyone have a list of the various treatments prices etc available in Oceans Spa. Can the treatments be booked in advance or do they have to be booked on arrival?

I understand that there is also a Sauna and/or Steam Room does this need to be booked/reserved or is it generally open to he public, if so are there seperate cabins for Male & Femail.

Been a couple of years since I was on Spirit. I believe like the excursions you book spa treatments on board, Did not use the spa, Though Hubby used the sauna, with that you don't need to book or anything. I will ask him when he gets home if he remembers whether it's mixed or single sex.
