This may sound like a daft question, but could anyone tell me what type of electrical sockets are on the Summit.
We are going on Friday 28th September and are traveling from the UK so we need to know what kind of adaptor is required for our electrical equipment. I am ok with the voltage, its the socket type I need
Most ships have twin round pin sockets, but I would recommend that you take the multiple choice type adapter with you as occasionally there are more than one socket type in a cabin.

I would imagine they will be 2 pin sockets based on those used in the USA.
The only info on celebrity's website is regarding voltage
Quote:
All staterooms are equipped with standard 110/220VAC outlets that will accommodate most personal electrical appliances that you bring with you.

Hi Kevcusack
Sure the one we used on Celebrity Constellation which is a sister ship, was a two pin round socket, will check with hubby when he comes home.
Not long till you cruise.

Many ships only have one socket in the cabin and another in the bathroom. May I suggest you take along an inexpensive plastic 6-outlet power strip to plug into the cabin outlet. This way you can handle multiple appliances such as hair blowers, hair curlers, camera chargers, possible phone chargers etc.
