Smile Luxury Golf Cruise Sets Sail From Greenock this Sunday

A dream cruise for American golfers sets sail from Greenock on Sunday, its passengers having paid up to $12,000 for the week-long trip.

The holiday is aboard Clipper Adventurer, a 4,376-tonne vessel which can carry around 120 passengers.

The golfers will board at the Ocean Terminal and head for various ports where they will play a round of golf. Stops include Troon, Ballyliffin, Loch Ewe, Dornoch, and Aberdeen.

The trip’s highlight is a day at the final round of the British Open at Carnoustie before the cruise finishes at Leith.

Prices, including flights from the States, started at $6,925 rising to around $12,000.

I am going to see if they have this cruise in 2008 and if so I am going to think about taking my husband on this cruise. We love to play golf, watch golf, go to tournaments, etc. This would be fabulous!
