Splendour of the Seas returns to South America in late 2007 for cruises from Santos, Brazil, featuring new itineraries around Cape Horn.

From Dec. 20, 2007, through mid-February 2008, the ship will sail alternating eight- and six-night roundtrips calling at Buenos Aires, Punta del Este and the Brazilian ports of Rio de Janeiro, Buzios, Cabo Frio, Angra Dos Reis and Ilhabela.

Beginning in mid-February 2008, Splendour will add sailings around Cape Horn. Itineraries include Santos to Valparaíso, Chile (15 nights), Valparaíso to Buenos Aires (13 nights), Buenos Aires to Valparaíso (13 nights) and Valparaíso to Santos (15 nights).

Ports include Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires, Puerto Madryn, Ushuaia, Punta Arenas, Puerto Montt, La Serena (Coquimbo) and Punta Del Este.
