I have also had not luck in finding a webcam for that port and as far as I know the AIS system does not cover it.

It seems she had some work done at an Elefsina shipyard not long ago. Elefsina is not far from Piraeus.

Now she could be there. She is definately not still in Kusadasi, I have posted the link to their webcam in our portcam section and she isn't there.

She was refloated on the 29th March and anchored out of camera view for checks for damage etc. There is no word as to where she trundled off to after that.

If anyone has Google Earth, maybe a scout around the local area of Kusadasi or Elefsina might show her up. She has to be somewhere

I was rather interested to discover that when the ' Fairsky ' was launched for Sitmar Cruises in 1984 the bottle of champagne failed to break !

Sitmar Cruises was taken over by P&O / Princess Cruises in 1988 and the fleet of ships were re-named and run as Princess Cruises ships.

' Fairsky ' became Princess cruises ' Sky Princess ' and when in 2001 she was transfered to P & O Australia she was once again renamed and then became the ' Pacific Sky ' .

If the Captain of NCL Jade had not told us on our Transatlantic she was being dry docked in Cadiz and the work being carried out, she would have disappeared for two weeks.

Sky Wonder is a 47000 tonner, and a nice picture is below.

Hi

Sky Wonder is shown this morning, on the Greek AIS systems, as being in Piraeus harbour having arrived on the 30th March.

This leads one to suspect that her AIS system had been turned off for the last few days.

She is doing Kusadasi cruises later this year and into 2009 under a charter to a German tour company. Hopefully she will do alot better than she has done this year
