SeaDream Yacht Club posted its full 2008 schedule at
SeaDream Yacht Club - It's yachting, not cruising. The program includes a number of new ports, from Sicily's Trapani to Martinique's Trois Ilets.
In Europe from May through October SeaDream I and II will sail in the Mediterranean, the Adriatic Sea and the Aegean Sea, up into Croatia and down to Tunisia. Embarkation and disembarkation ports include Barcelona, Seville, Tenerife, Lisbon, Nice, Monte Carlo, Rome, Venice, Athens and Dubrovnik.
New ports in Europe next year include Mahdia and Yasmine Marina (Tunisia); Trapani, Porto Empedocles, Volcano Island and Ponza (Italy); Porto Banus and La Gomera Island (Spain); Saint Florent (Corsica); Pythagoreion (Greece); Nassabur (Bulgaria); and Setubal and Cascais (Portugal).
In the Caribbean from January through April the two SeaDream yachts will sail in the British Virgin Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, French West Indies, Netherlands Antilles and the Windward and Leeward islands. Embarkation and disembarkation ports include major air gateways San Juan, St. Thomas, Antigua and Barbados.
Among new Caribbean ports for 2008 are Lucaya (Grand Bahamas), Egg Island (Bahamas), Cockburn Town (Turks and Caicos), Samana (Dominican Republic), Peter Island (British Virgin Islands) and Trois Ilets (Martinique). SeaDream II will also call on Miami in November for a seven-day voyage including ports in the Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, St. Barts and Jost van Dyke.
