I would like to draw your attention to compensation payments/settlements received by you from cruise lines.

Please refrain from mentioning personal compensation settlements or why compensation was sought by you from a cruise line.

Reason being is that many of these settlements are seen as private tween you & the cruise line concerned and should never be discussed on a public forum . The cruise lines do visit boards like this one and they understandably get very irritated by passengers bragging about how much compensation they got for a problem encountered whilst cruising.

The only type of compensation that should be discussed in public are those to do with mechanical breakdowns, missed ports etc where the whole ship was compensated.

So please, do not reveal what you did or didn't get by way of compensation from a cruise line. It could get you banned from that cruise line.

All references to personal compensation claims will be removed by staff without notice, so please, keep those private settlements to yourself.
