Firstly, welcome to the family Ivani
 I don't think RCI are alone in the 'hard sell' tactics but they can be very annoying when they pester you so much. Glad it didn't spoil your cruise though, thank you for posting your thoughts and your photos's too, much appreciated |

Welcome to Cruising Talk Ivana.
Happy to hear you enjoyed Freedom of the Seas. I agree...the hard sell kept me away from the spas too. All the major cruise lines have outside vendors that run the spas. They are not employees of the cruise line. I have a friend that says it doesn't bother her at all. She just tells them right away, she is not interested in any products, just a massage and they've not bothered to sell to her after that. |
