I've been busy training a new employee, don't get online too much at work. The camera thing, we have 2 sony ones, i want to upgrade. We have a number of memory sticks so I think I want to get another Sony so I don't have to buy a different memory card. So i'm still shopping! I have it narrowed down to 2 of em.

Are you still happy with your camera? Did you get a memory card with it or was it extra?

I hope I dont have tooo this is not my plan..I have a couple of feelers out for staff. I am going to run an ad for a evening and prn person. I am looking for a warm body with a PT license.

This person leaving is very difficult for me she works 3 12 hour days and 5 days when I go on vacation. Even when she didn't work for me full time she filled in for vacations. So believe me this is a tough situation.

We have 3 PTA's and 2 PT's she is one of the PT and the other is myself. In NJ the law says the PTA's require direct supervision meaning we have to be in the same room with them and it is ultimately our licenses....bottom line they can work alone for 24 hours in an emergency....the sad part is these 3 PTA's are awesome and I would let them treat me or any of my family members.

OMG! 3 12 hour days! That must be exhausing work and I bet one leaves there tired...
I often work 16 hour shifts...but, totally different as I am in a hospital and in psych...not as physical...
Boy, I pat you and your workers on the back...but not too hard...

Yeah the 1st thing is if I don't find someone by the fisrt of the month I am cutting the evening hours...although I hate to do that cause we are realy busy during that 3 1/2 hour time span. But I can not work 5 days with 3 12's and 2 8's. too long. For vacation I can usually find someone from the temp agency hopefully...us PT's are getting hard to come by again this happened in the 80's then things opened up for a while. I think things will work out...can't get much worse and the new year will bring new adventures...
