If I remember rightly the pool was fresh water on the Sun . Don't mind what it is myself as only like sitting in the warm spa pools.

I haven't sailed on a Princess ship as yet, but I've made final payment on the Crown Princess in November, 2006, so I'll tell you then. However, I can tell you I prefer the salt water.

Smile Pools

Pools on Grand are freshwater.

I believe Princess ships all have fresh water pools.

i've tried a few salt water pools but i still do prefer soft water ones. I always get to swallow water at a moment or another and it just makes all the difference then!

Yes, those on the crown were fresh water. Did you all know that the Crown, and I assume all or most of Princess ships desalinate water from the ocean for use onboard the ships as fresh water? Yes they do.

Princess is the only line to have all fresh water pools on all ships.
