Pride of America

Hmmm...
It's progress!
 NCL cams, supposedly, refresh every 30 minutes. However, in reality, they seem to refresh slower than that  NCL America now has a bridge-view cam of Pride of America (thanks for the link, Cruisegirl ) We've advanced to a new image every 15 minutes!! (Waaa-hooo!?)We're pleased, but why can't we get ALL cams to refresh every minute or better? Does anyone have a technical explanation? Are we simply talking about a difference in equipment cost?

Right You Are, Sir!
Many cruise ships don't "gift" us with cams.
As we (in America) were used to inexpensive gas, we've bridled at paying $3.65 for a gallon. And as we cruise buffs scan bridge cams that refresh every minute, we grow impatient with those that refresh less frequently. At least we have gas to put in our tanks and bridge cams (on many of our favorite ships) to enjoy. So, Norman, your five-word post says much.

Ha! Do We Detect Some Factitiousness????
 Okay, we understand Europeans are rolling their eyes at American complaints about high gas prices... (If we may deviate from thread, here)  We simply want frequently up-dated ship cams!! (We're a spoiled lot we colonists...  )

Our petrol( gas) prices have rocketed during the last week, due we are told to the lack of productive refineries in the Gulf after the hurricane.
We are paying on average £0.96 per litre. I have yet to see a petrol station where they are selling averaged priced petrol, many are over £1.00 per litre( 5/8 of a gallon) |

By my calculations, that'd be roughly $6.19 [USD] p/gallon.
