Peter Deilmann Ocean Cruises gets ABTA bonding
Quote:
Peter Deilmann River & Ocean Cruises has received accreditation under the UK ABTA bonding scheme as part of its drive to encourage dynamic packaging with its cruise-only brochure fares.
This is in addition to its existing consumer protection with ATOL.
Managing director Stuart Perl said: “When we took the decision to introduce cruise-only fares last year, we were responding to the increasing number of guests who wish to tailor-make their holidays to their personal schedules.
“The combination of both ABTA and ATOL licences means we can now give guests and their agents’ complete flexibility as well as peace of mind and security with their bookings.”
He said agents have the opportunity to earn 10% commission by booking all pre and post cruise options.
