Personal harrassment and cyber stalking will not be tolerated on CruisingTalk.com message boards!!!

These boards are meant to provide a community committed to providing cruise travel information among those with shared interests to enjoy, relate and debate..... and not to be used as somewhere for private vendettas or bullying towards any individual or group. Cyber stalking is a serious offence and will be dealt with accordingly, as will anyone found/proven to be carrying out online bullying or other form of private vendetta.

Anyone who is either a target of, or has seen this sort of behaviour either on the public areas of this board or via PM, please contact a member of staff immediately giving a link to where the offence has occurred or by forwarding any offensive PM.

We at CruisingTalk.com DO NOT and WILL NOT tolerate any form of cyber stalking, online bullying or harrassment and anyone proven to be acting in this way will be banned immediately and should they then re-register under a new name, they are likely to be IP banned on a permanent basis.

I would like to draw your attention to compensation payments/settlements received by you from cruise lines.

Please refrain from mentioning personal compensation settlements or why compensation was sought by you from a cruise line.

Reason being is that many of these settlements are seen as private tween you & the cruise line concerned and should never be discussed on a public forum . The cruise lines do visit boards like this one and they understandably get very irritated by passengers bragging about how much compensation they got for a problem encountered whilst cruising.

The only type of compensation that should be discussed in public are those to do with mechanical breakdowns, missed ports etc where the whole ship was compensated.

So please, do not reveal what you did or didn't get by way of compensation from a cruise line. It could get you banned from that cruise line.

All references to personal compensation claims will be removed by staff without notice, so please, keep those private settlements to yourself.
