Default A P&0 recipe

Just found this recipe used to advertise P&O.
Maybe Pobore can let us know whether he tried it, recently in the ORCHID restaurant on Arcadia..
PED KUB PHRIK THAI
Inspiration from a traditional Thai baked duck recipe, discovered in a little restaunant in old Bangkok.
Modified by Arcadia's executive chef:
Gressingham Duck
Marinated in Hoi Sin, ginger & garlic & pan seared.
Duck Fillet is then sliced & presented on peppers, chillies, soya sauce, sesame seeds & fresh corriander which have all been flash fried, tossed in rice noodles & dressed with rice wine vinegar.

Now what am I cooking for tea( Supper to most of you)

Default

That sounds wonderful.

I really love Thai food. Just don't breath on anyone after a meal.
