Cancellation information regarding the new 'no smoking' policy being introduced
In respect to the new no smoking ares policy being introduced from October 2008.
Passengers who are unhappy about these changes to the new no smoking policy can cancel their cruise and have their deposit refunded in full. This is being discussed at length on the P&O Cruises community area. A passenger/member of the community contacted P&O and he has posted the email that he received from them confirming that cancellations would not cost anyone their deposits.
