Most people booking a world cruise are not newbies as the cost/time away is too much...especially if you find that you cannot stand cruising. Anyone looking at the website or booked on the cruise will realise that shorex will not be finalised for many many months yet...and most won't have even looked at that aspect anyway, least not til closer to departure.
So there is not a problem at all really.
I'm sure that your Arcadia world cruise in 2009 won't have a completed list of shorex for about 10 months either, Swan, and even then, no port of call is guaranteed.
