Thanks for your reply, I don't know myself about the time off, just hoping. Do you know anything about Artemis, we are quite new to cruising, first one last year and am thoroughly hooked. Hubby not quite as keen as me as he suffers with sea-sickness. Still keeps coming with me though. Anyway last year had 1 week on Arcadea, 2 weeks on Oceana and this year 2 nights on Navigator. How does Artemis compare?

I've personally not done any P&O cruises myself before so will be a new experience for me. Smaller boat I think than the others you have cruised on.

I'll look forward to all the tips, never been on a fly cruise before (secretly I am petrified of flying) so will need all the help I can get on what I must pack and what I can do without.

On another note I am really enjoying the forum, it is really good to learn about other people's trips. Thanks to all who contribute.

Hubby too doesnt like flying, but nowdays he will fly if it's to get to a cruise. Took me 14 years to get him to fly.
Will have a hunt about re laundry on the ship. Cause I would rather not pack too much either.
Glad you are enjoying the forum.

I suffer from seasickness as well from time to time, but on our second cruise, we took some crystallised ginger with us, and I started eating it on the way to the ship. Had quite rough seas, no seasickness at all.

I like Ginger
I'm of the opinion that the more you cruise the more you become acclimatised, I don't seem to suffer anymore. ( fingers crossed )
