Left the info at travel agents, waggled the cutting from the paper at them so they know what price they are looking at, got to wait for them to get back. Chris is quite adamant that he wants to do that one, we would have liked to do the second one but too near to Christmas wouldn't be able to get the time off from work.

Out of the two, I would go for the later one. Doesn't worry me that it's right on Christmas as I don't have family etc and it's finished well before anyway. I would go from/to Manchester if I went as I now know how easy it is from York

I was also looking at the Artemis Panama Canal cruise but was wondering about the weather, would the same cruise in January be a better bet?
