P&O - Smoking?
I've just read on another forum that P&O Australia have banned smoking in cabins? On all the cruises I have done, smoking has always been banned in cabins - that was on Athena, Van Gogh and Ocean Majesty.
What about P&O UK - I do hope people are not allowed to smoke in the cabins, the smell would be disgusting. Anyone know?

OMG - I';ve found the answer
P&O Cruises Artemis.. Smoking is allowed in the following areas: All cabins and cabin balconies Portside open decks Smoking is allowed at designated tables only in the following areas: Horizon Lounge (forward port side) I am absolutely horrified that people are allowed to smoke in cabins. The fire risk must be awful.

The smell is not good either. I am a smoker myself but never smoke in the cabin. Once we had a cabin that had previously been occupied by someone who smoked in the cabin. The smell was awful took a couple of days and use of a can of airfreshener to clear it.
 Yuk.

P&O are in the process of fleetwide changes in respect to smoking in cabins. Oceana, I think, has gone non smoking in cabins already, the others are sure to follow suit.
