My problem with Arcadia is that she is way too big and Vegas glitzy for my liking. I don't like the big, brash ships. I much prefer the smaller intimate and traditional ships. I went on NCL Jewel last year on a pre-inaugural, nice ship, very colourful but way way too big and in your face. Unfortunately since P&O went over the pond, Arcadia is yet another jelly-mould production like her stablemates in HAL. No individuality, no style, sadly to me she is just another Carnival ship with a different badge. Sorry

A ship her size should not feel waves like she obviously does. I hope that the injured passenger wasn't too badly hurt and that the other passengers who had bumps and bruises recover well too.

Well in all 3 passengers were medevaced from Arcadia during the duration of the cruise. What for I do not know.

One passenger told me that one large wave swept away his chairs on the balcony. His balcony door was also ripped off it's hinges and damaged.

It was rough one night. Mary and I heard a bang. We sat up in bed waiting for the alarm to go off to report to muster station.

Norman i agree about the creaking. It does do that a lot.
