Culinary expert to sail with Oceania
Susie Heller, executive producer for chef Jacques Pépin and culinary producer for Julia Child on six series and three specials, will share culinary insights aboard an Oceania Cruises sailing in Asia.
The author or collaborator on best-selling cookbooks such as ‘The French Laundry Cookbook’ and ‘Bouchon with Thomas Keller’ will lecture aboard Nautica’s Jan. 6 sailing from Hong Kong to Singapore. The cruise will also feature menus with a selection of favorite dishes from Heller, Pépin and Child.
The sailing is being promoted with two-for-one fares and free air from North American gateways, bringing the starting price to $3,299 per person.
