hmmm...temps on transatlantics can be a tad difficult to forecast....however, generally you are likely to be going from cooler to warmer...November in Europe can be very cold to mildish, whereas Florida tends to stay mild to warm all year round.
Personally I would pack a sweater for the initial few days...invaluable for the evening strolling on deck...and then have lighter weight clothing as you get closer to Florida (although even then a sweater could come in handy in the evenings there too - sea breezes).
I have done a transatlantic in March/April in the opposite direction and found that on the US/Caribbean side til around halfway to two thirds of the crossing its been warm, but the last bit as we sailed into European waters, the temps dropped significantly.
