Had an advert for Oasis of the Seas, weighing a massive 220,000 GRT. Carrying 5400 passengers in 2.700 staterooms.

I don’t mind large ships, but the size and amount of passengers seems ridiculous.

Fancy embarking and disembarking with that many passengers, would need two days in port to accommodate. Will ports be deep enough for such a vessel, we will see.

Like the new massive airbus, I cannot see me being a passenger.

Thanks for posting Norman.

I can't wait to sail on this ship! For me, it will the most exciting cruise yet....so much to do. She will only be in docked ports, no tendering. Not sure I'll even get off in ports, just may stay on board and enjoy all that Oasis has to offer.
