My husband and I have booked a 7 day cruise during January 2009 on the Norwegian Spirit. It is our 25th wedding anniversary and we wanted to do something special. I have been reading some not so complimentary reviews and it is causing me to worry. We cruised on the Norwegian Jewel two years ago and had a great time. We thought the exotic Caribbean would be fun and decided to try a different ship, but now I am not so sure. Does anyone have any good advise?

Please don’t view your future cruise with negativity think positive; you are going to have a good time. Many bad reports you read are from professional moaners who complain about everything they can.

All things may not be to your liking, but just go and enjoy yourself.

We are embarking on our sixth NCL cruise in three weeks, our forth with the company in the last twelve months. I think we like NCL.

You never mentioned from where you are from or your itinerary, but I presume you are sailing from New Orleans.
