Shakedowns are fun cos most of the time the crew ask the passengers where things are on the ship....the senior staff join her at the shipyard, but waitstaff and stewards etc join her either the day before we do or the same day...all adds to the fun

The Jersey tender episode was hysterical...even the crew giggled about it once they got past the cringe/embarrassment.

It will be a scream....especially as I am determined to have a go at the 10 pin bowling and see how many waiters I can floor

I have never been 10 pin bowling before, John...I could be lethal.....

It I was use Practise with some tins and a tennis ball. Remember the ball goes forward and you let go of it. Mind you if I take my camcorder i could get some pictures for "You've been framed".

Good plan on the camcorder...not so sure about the making a wotsit of myself on it though....

Beware with 10 pin bowling, I always end up with a pain in the

seem to use muscles you don't usually use.

And thats on dry land...just imagine what parts of you get used when at sea....

Usually its a 5.30pm sailing and 12.30 check-in time....thats what it was for Jewel in 2005 anyway.
