Phil has checked out for me that NCL do a birthday cake and sparkling wine for £29.00. I think I will go ahead with that. i'll get Phil to sort it when I pay off the Braemar cruise next month.

I am going to take 1 formal with me, just incase I get a table in Le Bistro and for when we have a get together with Phil and the others

If I didn't pack one, you can bet your life I would regret it.

Even if we don't wear them, they are always useful to have incase we do get dressed up as a group. They don't take up that much space either, least mine don't.

So I guess the full group complimentary cocktail party will be off the menu, which is a real shame especially as we have over 70 in the group including dignitaries. No harm in trying though, eh?

Phil was saying that the Ventura is practical sold out for the first season. He was unable to get a group cruise on the mini break in September. The cheapest room available was going for £439 per person. Shame really.
