Default alaska cruise

hello, new toforum and cruises. We are taking our first cruise on the pearl to Alaska leaving Labor Day weekend from Seattle. We have pre-booked one shore excursion, the White Pass rail trip while in Skagway. We also booked a balcaony stateroom on deck 9. We are excited about our trip, but are there any tips you can offer for first time alaska cruisers? Are there any shore excursion we should consider? We heard the White Pass rail trip was a must so we chose that but are taking and wait and see on the others. Sorry for being so long , but just seems there is so much we are not sure about. Thank in advance for any suggestion and info.

Hello and welcome to Cruisingtalk.

I think you will find that you will love cruising and will end up getting addicted.

I am afraid I can't help you at all but I am sure someone will come along soon.
