Now this is a cruise I would really love. The musical lineup is one I'd really enjoy....especially the Indigo Girls and Shawn Colvin.

I just wish they would price these type of cruises more in line with the regular cruise price....oh well, maybe someday.

Sure do middy....prices starting at $1109 pp which means an inside cabin for that price....that's almost double what we've paid for a balcony on most cruises.

You sure get cheap cruises your side of the pond. Didn't seem expensive to me. Probably why there are so many ships sailing in europe.

We do go cheap on most of our cruises, especially with the military discount rate we get with Carnival. Usually in the range of $600 - $700 pp for a 7 nighter with a balcony. Still, you have to add airfare to Florida into that and a pre cruise hotel stay, etc and it all adds up!

it's actually quite a price jump. i'm paying the same for a quad inside stateroom for '09 as i did for a double inside stateroom in '08, but it's also a bigger ship. we sailed on carnival victory last time. alot of people who went for '08 are not going this year because of the price jump. and in all honesty i would rather have someone else besides the indigo girls as a headliner. looks like that will be one show i plan on skipping....
