Hebridean fly-cruise passengers to use private Stansted terminal
Quote:
Passengers flying from Stansted to join cruises with Hebridean Spirit will use a private terminal at the airport.
Hebridean International Cruises passengers on fly-cruises in the Atlantic, Mediterranean and Black Sea will catch their flights from the Inflite Terminal at Stansted from April 21.
The service is being introduced simultaneously with a new branding for the line.
It has been created to help emphasise the unique personality and benefits of cruising on board Hebridean Princess and Hebridean Spirit and to redefine their key and distinguishing attributes, according to the company.
The all-inclusive cruise company is highlighting the ‘Private View’ element of the voyages on both ships.
The line is emphasising off the beaten track and unusual itineraries using Hebridean’s small ships which allows access to ports and harbours which larger vessels cannot reach, private tours and talks led by local guides and guest speakers, and the private atmosphere on board, claimed to be akin to a country club or private members club.
Services such as seaplane or helicopter transfers from Glasgow to Oban can be organised for those joining Hebridean Princess.
In addition to all meals, house wines, spirits and Champagne being included in the price, the fully-inclusive shore-based programmes are as well, covering entrance fees to museums, cathedrals and archaeological sights.
