I think the smaller ships -
- days are numbered. Zenith is a great little ship, but the cruise lines have been pushing the smaller ports to expand and in some cases helped out the process. (i.e. RCI dredging Kings Wharf in Bermuda to get the Voyager class in).
It is more beneficial financially for the cruise line to have larger ships with greater passenger capacity. I think the moment Bermuda starts to move forward and expand the ports in Hamilton and St. Georges - Zenith (Celebrity) and Empress (RCCL) will be sold off. Just my opinion. Vic. |
