This should prove an interesting trip however it would depend on which of their ships was used.
They do have the 4,200 grt ex Renaissance 7 cruise ship now sailing as Corinthian 11 listed on their website so she could be suitable for such a voyage. She carries about 112 passengers. Photo below of the ship in the Antarctic.
