Sounds like you'll have a wonderful time, Norman, especially with the unusual transatlantic route. Iceland (and Greenland) are two places I would like to go one day...Olsen's do some great cruises in that area, so might give it a try in 2010, perhaps

Hopefully someone can give a few pointers in regards to the Canadian ports, hopefully neither will be foggy when you arrive. There are webcams in both ports so I dare say we will pick you up if the weather allows
