Sky is certainly having problems...over and above the usual suspects such as food & service. Her aircon has been playing up badly enough that the aft section of the ship had none and then the whole ship had none whilst (unsuccessful) repairs were attempted...the plumbing has had equally bad problems, toilets not flushing/toilets overflowing...there have also been issues with the edges of the pool being sharp causing cuts and grazes to legs and a variety of other difficulties.
She has done 3 or 4 cruises now but things do not seem to have improved any. Housekeeping is also being slated too.
Now considering this ship was in full service on Honolulu itineraries and then went for drydocking, it does seem very strange that NCL has slipped up so badly with the ship and her general condition/staffing.
Hopefully things will improve, however the fact that she is still for sale and is owned by Star but operated by NCL...and she wasn't part of the Apollo deal...then her time with NCL could be short, hence the lack of significant repairs or improvements.
