Celebrity disabled cruiser info....
Celebrity Cruises welcomes guests with special needs and works hard to assist them throughout their vacation. To ensure guests receive appropriate assistance, your Destination Oceans Cruise Specialist must notify Celebrity Cruises' Special Services Department in writing at the time of booking of any special medical or physical need and other relevant information, including wheelchair characteristics. Guests with special needs must be self-sufficient or should travel with a guest.
Wheelchairs
Wheelchair assistance is provided for boarding and departing only. Wheelchairs are available. Please contact Celebrity Cruises' Special Services Department for details. Wheelchairs are subject to availability.
Wheelchairs on Cruisetours
On Cruisetours, wheelchairs are not available. Guests must bring their own collapsible wheelchair. Unfortunately, the land portion of the Europe, Whistler and Canadian Rockies Cruisetours are not suited for persons confined to a wheelchair.
Wheelchair-Accessible/Special-Needs Staterooms
A letter from the client's physician on doctor's letterhead and confirmation of disability is required as per Celebrity Cruises policy for each guest who physically requires a wheelchair-accessible/special-needs stateroom. Your Destination Oceans Cruise Specialist must fax these documents to Celebrity's Special Services Department.
